On April 8th, ISOM organized an iftar for the friends and families. 250 attended from various Muslim communities; it was good turnout. Inam ul Haq, Prof. of Islam at Elmhurst University, talked about sin, repentance and forgiveness in Ramadan. Leyla Yurtsever, ISOM volunteer, presented the program, gave information about the activities of ISOM. The program adjourned with the Ramadan reflections of certain community leaders.
